The functions of this full version are:
- Enter the data of all of your objects for re-use.
- Illustrate the interiors of your objects with photographs and document their condition
- Document all keys along with their id, if any, and mark them as complete or incomplete.
- Send the signed handover minutes document in PDF format paperless to all participants by e-mail.
- Optionally cc or bcc your office or any other person.#
- Add the photographs optionally to the e-mail or to the photographs library of your smartphone.
- Enter the data of frequent participants like facility manager, owner etc. only once and re-use this data.
- If you manage one property only, it will automatically be assigned to each new minutes document.
- Add individual agreements to the document.
- As a company personalize the document with the company name, address, contact data and logo.
